It remembers the eternal hope of better
things to come.
Patience is the girding or clothing of a
servant.
Patience smooths the path of others’
feet.
It answers the simplest and most annoying
questions, and it encourages its acquaintances.
Patience will be significantly tried.
It is honest and yet forbearing and kind.
Patience loves and bears with even the selfish and inconsiderate
enemies of its very life.
Patience take the time
to explain the little, seemingly self-evident things.
Patience sets a proper example of how to handle life’s
situations. “Follow me as I follow Messiah.” “And
whatsoever ye have learned and received and heard and seen in me, do; and the
Elohim of peace shall be with you.”
Patience
is willing to be lowly.
It draws others to a
belief in Yahweh, and always seeks to give Yahweh the esteem.
Even when troubled, it responds lovingly. It supports others
even in its own weakness.
Patience relies on
Elohim for its strength.
It tenderly explains, and
embraces its followers.
It possesses a gentle
acceptance.
Patience comforts the troubled, takes
time for others, and offers hope.
It doesn’t mind
being surrounded by dependants.
It gently guides,
and points others to the Father.
When others do
not seem to recognize it, it patiently reveals itself. It heals
unbelief.
It speaks and works of the Father,
allowing Him to have full reign.
It passes on what it knows, does,
etc.
It serves willingly, instructs and
comforts.
Patience gives life, even at the expense
of its own.
It willingly and quietly waits for the
coming of the Kingdom.
Patience dwells with the
lowly.
It speaks and does nothing which would not
please the Father.
Patience is willing to review,
remind, and teach over and over again.
Patience
brings peace.
Even when looking forward to a
future thing, it lovingly betters the present.
It
takes others’ feelings and well being into consideration.
Patience is not spoiled at all by the troubles that surround
it.
It willingly obeys difficult
commands.
Love, the foundation of
patience, is the mark of the
believer.
